Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Webstore Associate]. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s reputation for excellence by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their engagement with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Webstore management:
    • Work with customers and sales team on the Scope of a Webstore project. (Timelines, Expectations, capabilities).
    • Build and manage custom webstores tailored to each client's specific needs.
    • Keep track of all webstore orders placed to ensure completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    • Respond to client questions regarding products, services, and order statuses in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Order Management:
    • Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
    • Update clients on order progress and proactively manage any delays or issues.
    • Assist clients with changes to their orders, including modifications, cancellations, and returns.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Address client concerns and complaints, aiming for first-contact resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
    • Follow up with clients post-resolution to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
    • Provide accurate information and recommendations to clients based on their branding needs.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the corporate branding, marketing, or related industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Critical thinking and being proactive will be very important for this role.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Time management, there will be a lot of things thrown at you and you will need to be able to manage your time effectively to complete the tasks at hand.
