Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Location: Minnetonka, MN  (onsite)

Pay rate: $ 19.36 an hour

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 

Contract Duration: 1 year (Possibility of conversion to permanent/extension)
Work Hours: 3:30 PM - 2 AM

 

Description:

This position is non-exempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. This position is a functional role that includes material handling and inventory control tasks to ensure all inventory is maintained accurately, and provided to required areas in a timely manner. This position may also include Shipping & Receiving tasks if applicable.

 

Job Duties:

  • List the significant/essential duties, tasks, or responsibilities that employees in this position are required to perform.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Receive materials to be accurately stored in a warehouse
  • Accurately prepare orders for shipping to customer sites according to the process
  • Label and meter packages with various freight systems
  • Process orders using the SJM ERP system
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse
  • Daily preparations for the following day's distribution activities
  • Support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
