Advanced Personnel Resources is currently looking for a paralegal OR legal administrator who has experience with estate planning.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity paying between 45-65K

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
  • 50/50 split- 50% drafting wills and 50% client facing
  • Estate planning
  • Meeting with clients to go over wills and plans for their estate
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents
  • Coordinate case schedules and deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other involved parties
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team

Skills:

  • 2-3 years of paralegal or legal administrative experience ( no degree required)
  • Must have experience drafting wills
  • Having knowledge and experience in Trust is preferred
  • Experience having dealt with Power of Attorneys before
