Skills & Abilities for this Role

  • Experience and comfort utilizing cloud-based accounting software and tools like CCH Axcess, Pfx Engagement, QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to learn additional programs.
  • Proven experience as an auditor: Demonstrated expertise in auditing practices.
  • In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices: Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software: Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous review of financial statements and records.
  • Integrity and reliability: Uphold professional standards.
  • Education: BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance; master’s degree and professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) are desired.
  • Excellent client service skills, including patience and flexibility
  • Great organizational skills, including time management and strategic thinking
  • Willingness to work as part of team to balance and share workloads and assignments
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons
