As our HR Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting a broad spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits administration. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive individual who is keen on developing a comprehensive understanding of HR operations within a dynamic workplace. You will assist in ensuring our HR initiatives are executed efficiently and contribute to our goals of fostering a supportive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the hiring process by preparing offer letters, coordinating pre-employment checks, and supporting other recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs, maintain training records, and assist in identifying and creating training materials based on organizational needs.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics to assess program effectiveness, presenting regular updates on HR trends and outcomes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide support in addressing employee concerns, promoting positive workplace culture, and handling grievances and conflicts effectively.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits programs, coordinate benefits-related activities such as enrollments and terminations, and provide support to employees regarding their benefits queries.
  • Support the planning and execution of HR-related events like workshops and recognition programs, ensuring logistics and communications are handled efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including document preparation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration, coordinating necessary resources and conducting introductory sessions on company policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to HR matters, ensuring all concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation:
  • Support the enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring all HR activities are compliant with legal standards, and conduct regular audits to identify and recommend improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources with exposure to multiple HR disciplines.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at handling sensitive matters confidentially.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work at onsite at our facility in Bethlehem.
