We are currently seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant/Front Desk to join our growing accounting firm. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service. If you are self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Full time position may also be available. Previous experience is preferred, training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member and/or provide assistance if necessary.
  • Provide basic information regarding company services
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as sorting mail, manage appointments, organizing office supplies, organizing client files, and prepare letters as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks or projects.
  • May assist with bookkeeping tasks (training would be provided) if necessary.
  • Any other duties assigned by the manager
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to privacy policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in accounting field or similar fields is highly preferred.
