Full Time Schedule

Description:
Our Branch Managers oversee the daily operations of the team of recruiters and are responsible for leading and motivating their team to success, by creating long-term strategies to meet sales targets, and grow the business. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and guiding their team of Recruiters and Administrative Professionals through effective coaching and training. To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, the ability to make challenging decisions, and knowledge of how to delegate tasks effectively.
JOB DUTIES
Responsibilities for Branch Manager
• Oversee the daily operations of the branch
• Maintaining relationships with perspective clients, following up with inactive clients.
• Managing account receivables and ensuring credit worthiness of all clients.
• Managing / Reporting Workers comp claims and update all client with Renewal Workers Comp certificate when expires.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by closing additional up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• Aca Medical Enrollments Submission for all associates who are eligible making sure they receive copies, and our PEO receives all documents needed to enroll associate for benefits.
• Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure that we have a qualified pool of talent to meet customer demand. Overlook and make sure arrival emails chart has been sent to client for new arrivals on who arrived.
• Strategically manage branch profit and loss (P&L)
• Make sure all new hire templates have been updated and Manage Mile IQ Fuel Reimbursement for your team and Expense Reimbursement and have sent over to payroll department
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations such as state and federal employment laws
• Manage, coach and develop branch staff. Encourage teamwork and empower team to deliver exceptional customer service. Set targets for your team.
• Manage recruiting efforts, hiring efforts and other human resources procedures.
• Manage profit and loss for the branch
• Ensure all orders are filled and services appropriately.
• Build Professional relationships with clients and understand their needs. Client communication/follow up, as well as attend client meetings.
• · Manage and grow existing accounts.
• Maintain and update employee files and client records
Conduct employee safety reviews and jobsite accident reports. Send reports to our PEO
• Risk and accident management by filing timely reports when necessary and "actively" returning employees to work
• Update ownership daily with an End of Date report on how branch is doing such as orders received, filled and upsell.
• Responsible for record keeping for paid advertisements for Craigslist, zip recruiter, marketing etc.
• Responsible for building up the office in ways to be recognized such as google reviews and feedback from our workers and posting on our Instagram or Facebook.
• Reorder all supplies needed for Branch Office and PPE
• Check Office Mailbox Every Wednesday and any EDD give to payroll
any bills or attorney letters give to email over to ownership.
• Responsible for all branch duties such as conducting client meetings, being able to defuse situations with clients and remaining their top agency, Help make clients job easier and figure out ways to improve and negotiate competitive wages and what other warehouses are paying in their area. Represent Direct Staffing to the highest potential
Must be signed into all emails for employees you oversee and make sure all emails are being responded to in a timely matter daily.
