in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. The Office Manager will develop
new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization upon approval of the Owners.
The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient administration of social and healthcare
services. The Office Manager will be responsible for creating and updating the social activities
calendar and will oversee, supervise, and assist the Caregivers with all daily responsibilities. The
Office Manager will provide family members and caregivers with monthly updates of their loved
ones and monitor the daily program and manage risks and issues while taking corrective
measures. The Office Manager is responsible for managing stakeholder’s communication and
aligning deliverables to the program’s outcome. Specific tasks include but not limited to:
Scheduling and conducting tours
Responding to emails, phone calls, and unexpected visits
Ordering of supplies, client meals, and personal protective equipment
Chart audits
Financial management
Marketing
Planning activity and recreational monthly calendar
Supervise day to day operations of the center
Provides supervision to the Caregivers
Reports directly to the Owners for all decisions, support, or issues
