Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Specialist II, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining specialized patient care programs in areas such as Diabetes, Wound Care, and Cardiovascular health.
  • Serving as an expert clinician, educator, consultant, and case manager.
  • Monitoring clinical care and providing support to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Conducting assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating care delivery.
  • Providing education to patients and staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Acting as a role model and advocate for patients and nursing staff.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in acute care nursing.
  • An active Registered Nurse license issued by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant certifications.
