Now Hiring for Help Desk/PC Technicians

The primary responsibilities are to provide technical assistance and support to end users, monitor and update Helpdesk Tickets, and assist the Network and Communications team. This position reports to the Director of IT but will work directly with the Senior PC/Helpdesk Technician. This position will split its time between the Marana and Tucson sites. You may assist in monitoring and/or repairing/replacing network hardware, as well as other tasks that may be assigned as special projects arise.

 

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end users
  • Monitor and update helpdesk Tickets
  • Take down and setup computer equipment
  • Assist Network and Communications team when necessary
  • Assist in monitoring and/or repairing/replacing network hardware, as well as other tasks that may be assigned as special projects arise.
  • Assist with setting up Cisco Desk phones, Office 365 accounts and troubleshoot if there are issues.

SMS REQUIREMENTS

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH OFFICE 365 AND WITH CISCO DESK PHONES
  • Will participate in and support safety initiatives, safe work practices and SMS compliance.
  • Will participate in safety activities, including the following: immediately reporting hazards, unsafe work practices and accidents/injuries.
  • Will follow all safety rules, FAA regulations, PPE compliance and equipment operation requirements.

Education/Training: Some computer technical schooling, A+ Technician certification, or 3 years of help desk PC tech experience, or a combination of schooling and experience is preferred. A high school diploma is required.

Hours: 8–5 p.m. M-F
