Starting Wage $28/hr and based upon experience

The Role: Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Prospect Property Management and Maintenance LLC, you are crucial in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our properties, ensuring they are safe, functional, and comfortable for our residents. .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conducting regular inspections and promptly addressing maintenance issues.

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, wall repair, painting, and carpentry work as well as cleaning, some snow removal/salting, and landscaping as required.

  • Responding to and completing maintenance requests efficiently.

  • Implementing preventative maintenance schedules and maintaining records.

  • Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and ensuring accessibility.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of common areas and work

    Who You Are

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.

  • Are proficient in multiple maintenance disciplines including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Can work independently and take direction from Management. .

  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Are reliable, dependable, and follow through on commitments.

  • Hold a valid driver’s license, own tools to complete all necessary tasks, and have reliable transportation for every day use on the job.

  • Communicating effectively with residents to address their maintenance needs.
