The Role: We are seeking mechanically minded individuals with operating experience who are ready to take the next step in their career. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for one of our production lines and all associated quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement for that line. You will mentor and coach employees and support the development of our team.

Strong Manufacturing operator experience

Strong teamwork and communication skills
