Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule production activities to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Purchase materials required for production, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely availability.
- Manage and lead a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production efforts and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and material purchases.
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in production manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in inventory control.
- Purchasing experience for production materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
