Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description:
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will support LUX Construction’s Project Managers by coordinating meetings with clients and project managers, scheduling follow-up meetings, taking comprehensive and detailed notes, organizing customer files, and reporting and giving insight to lead quality and sales conversions. The coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales and marketing and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you bring to the table:
-Take initiative, stay focused, and bring up issues when they arise
-Great communication skills.
-Knowledge of marketing and sales.
-Organized and can take charge of organizing sales teams’ schedules
2 years of sales experience (plus)
CRM experience (plus)
Motivated and energetic
Phone and Email etiquette
Google docs, excel skills
Detail oriented
Excellent organization skills and problem solving
Interpersonal skills
Big plus: Industry knowledge & understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
