5K is in search of a highly skilled Digital Marketing Creative Director with a profound understanding of WordPress, including CSS and light PHP programming. This pivotal role involves leading our creative team in developing compelling digital marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to elevate our brand and client projects to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the creative team in the conceptualization and execution of innovative digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • WordPress Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin customization with CSS and light PHP programming, to create and optimize websites for peak performance and user experience.
  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of visually compelling and effective marketing materials, including website design, digital ads, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to brand messaging and campaign execution.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and technology, incorporating innovative ideas and practices into campaign strategies.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision and objectives, providing creative direction that aligns with their goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns, using data to inform future creative decisions and strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred - but not required.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role within the digital marketing industry.
  • Expertise in WordPress, including the ability to customize themes and plugins using CSS and conduct light PHP programming.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across a variety of digital marketing mediums.
  • Exceptional design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Frontpage (just kidding), etc.).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a creative team.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and technology.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
