Roofing Sales/Project Manager – St. Louis, MO

Salary, commission - $100,000 +

 

FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Florida, and Arizona, has an excellent career opportunity for a Roofing Sales/Project Manager with 5 years of experience in commercial and residential roofing or a similar field.

 

We are a local company and offer extremely competitive commission-based compensation We provide an open-book payment structure that allows each salesperson to audit their jobs individually Our TOP performers earn well OVER six figures

 

Our ideal candidate would have Commercial Low Slope and Residential Roofing sales and project management experience, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Outside direct sales position
  • Project Management
  • Direct customer communication throughout the claim and roofing process
  • Communicate with vendors and sub-contractors
  • Payment collection
  • Job Type: Salary + Commission

 

Qualifications and Skills


  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Ability to use a smartphone
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb on roofs
  • Personally, driven and self-motivated
  • Sales experience in the commercial construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, REIT’s, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms.


Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: Base Salary $50,000 plus commission

Expected salary & commission compensation 1st year $100,000 plus
