Commercial Roofing Account Manager

Weavers Roofing & Construction is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing solutions to extend the life of their roofs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow the sales pipeline daily
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their roofing needs
- Offer preventative maintenance and reroofing services for commercial properties
- Schedule complimentary roof inspections and inspect roof conditions to suggest possible solutions
- Generate estimates and proposals for clients and guide them through their decision-making process
- Follow up with clients throughout the project to ensure their satisfaction
- Travel within a 2-hour radius, covering the state of Indiana, and work consistent full-time hours, Monday-Friday, from 6:30 AM to 5/5:30 PM
- Experience in roofing, facility management, or construction sales is preferred
- Computer savvy and comfortable learning and using our construction software, CompanyCam & CenterPoint Connect
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed company sales goals
- Resilient and able to handle rejection and remain persistent in pursuing leads
- Problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to produce excellent work
- Active and able to climb ladders, lift up to 75 pounds, and navigate flat and sloped roofs
- Valid driver's license and reasonably clean driving record
- Salary plus commission, projected earnings $70-$120k – DOE
