- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
- Manage sales pipeline through our CRM system and maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience.
- Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
- Previous experience using a CRM platform.
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
- Dedication to personal career development and reaching set goals.
- Performance-based pay.
- Commission on approved sales.
- $62,400 - $266,000/year (expected yearly earnings).
- Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles).
