Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation
  • Background in roofing or exterior construction (training provided)
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to set up and climb a ladder.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years of sales experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • NO PROJECT MANAGEMENT REQUIRED (All project management is handled by in in-house project manager)
  • Expand and capitalize upon the assigned territory by adding new accounts, introducing new products, growing business for existing accounts, and implementing new and resourceful selling strategies
  • Generates revenue by developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building meaningful relationships with potential customers, and closing the sale on accounts within the assigned territory
  • Contributes to the outstanding reputation of the company by putting the customer first, treating other employees with respect, and conducting business with the highest integrity
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.
  • Reports to and consistently communicates with the Sales Manager to ensure the proper management and growth of current and future accounts.
