Looking for a strong, experienced food operator who has the skills to contribute within this catering industry leading company, and has the drive to move up in their career. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of managing a kitchen including systems, menu procedures, inventory, labor, and food costs. We are looking for an Energetic Leader who is Positively Assertive when it comes to taking care of our customers and just as importantly, taking care of our staff.

Skills needed include leading by example, planning, systematic, directing, as well as the ability to be developed. A solid working knowledge of technology is necessary as well. Relationship building with our clients and working in tandem with our sales staff is a pre-requisite for success.

The AGM position will need to be able to work a very flexible schedule that includes weekends and evenings. Overall schedule will be based on catering business needs. Closing shifts usually will end by 9pm. Opening shifts could start as early as 4am. Shifts will usually be 10 hours. The average number of work hours in a week will be between 50-55. Benefits include available health insurance with dental & vision options, company matching 401k retirement, paid vacation and holidays off. Position is based out of MIDTOWN ATLANTA, and driving around all of METRO ATLANTA may be required at times; additional mileage is paid for any extra travel. Candidate will need a valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, a clean driving record, and their own vehicle.
