WE WANT YOU Orange Elephant is seeking self motivated people looking to break through in the sales industry As a Field Marketer for our roofing company, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with residents, promoting our home improvement services and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

We think the perfect candidate for this position is someone with a powerful outgoing personality. Someone who likes to make friends with everyone in the room. We have seen people with previous experience in hospitality, auto sales, pest control, door to door sales, retail, military, construction and athletics do extremely well in this role. As your experience grows, so do your skills and pay check

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods.
  • Engage with homeowners, providing information about our home improvement services and assessing their potential needs.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our home improvement solutions to potential customers.
  • Collect and record lead information accurately for follow-up.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct detailed assessments and provide quotes.
  • Maintain a well-organized schedule and report daily activities to the supervisor.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Build positive relationships with potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
  • Represent the company with a high level of integrity and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in canvassing or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation for canvassing activities.
  • Ability to adapt to different neighborhoods and customer demographics.

Requirements for Qualified Candidates:

  • A customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with customers and office staff.
  • A highly persuasive, self-disciplined and honest work ethic.
  • A current, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Schedule:

  • M-F and Weekends as needed
  • 40 Hours a week
