- Conduct thorough safety audits across multiple facilities to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions for mitigation.
- Collaborate with department managers and employees to address safety concerns and implement effective preventive measures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
- Stay abreast of changes in safety regulations and industry best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant.

Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a safety-related role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Safety training certifications are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, industry standards, and common industrial safety practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
