SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator position in Littleton Mass. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and invoicing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction.
- Maintaining project documentation, such as database entry and reports; developing schedules.
- Communicating the project's progress to team members and other stakeholders.
- Matching invoices to spread sheet
- Support administrative needs from the field service crew
- Scanning, Printing, filling & faxing
- Respond to Subcontractors inbound and outbound correspondence
- Emails in office and out of office correspondence
- Phone communication with subcontractors and superintendents
- Provide support to the Subcontractors, Superintendents and other Administrators.
- Update and maintain tracking of billing status utilizing Excel
- Use multiple sources and databases to locate information for billing purposes
- Create jobs in database
- Create billing and invoicing packages for contractors to be submitted for billing
- File documentation
- Achieve daily metrics
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Other office duties assigned
Requirements:
- Must speak, read and write English
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and pay close attention to details
- Computer skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Outlook (or an equivalent application).
- Must be able to pass drug screen
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
