A-Line Staffing is now hiring RN Case Manager – Pediatric Home Health in the Laredo, TX area. The RN Case Manager – Pediatric Home Health would be working for a Major Health Plan and has career growth potential.

RN Case Manager – Pediatric Home Health Highlights:

  • Hybrid role: 2-3 days remote and 2-3 days in the field for home visits; must be local to the Laredo, TX area
  • 8am-5pm M-F (40 hours/week), possible OT required
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
  • Pay Range: $38 - $48 Hourly (plus mileage reimbursement)

RN Case Manager – Pediatric Home Health Responsibilities:

  • Worker will be required to complete member assessments and all associated documentation, complete contractual outreaches, follow up with any pending member needs.
  • In addition, care coordination which includes but is not limited to educating members on resources, travel, assisting members with locating physicians, therapies, providers, DME, etc., completion of assigned trainings, submitting authorizations.
  • Worker is required to complete up to 4 SAI assessments and 3 Biannuals in 1 week. Contractual outreaches require completion monthly and can range between 30-50 calls. Adherence to turn around times for documentation is also essential.

RN Case Manager – Pediatric Home Health Required Qualifications:

  • Active and clear RN TX license
  • 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in clinical, acute or community setting.
  • 1+ years of case management experienced in a managed care setting.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • High-speed internet and quiet/secure home work space.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Software Skills Required: Microsoft Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams

RN Case Manager – Pediatric Home Health Preferred Qualifications:

  • Home Health experience a plus
  • Pediatric experience a plus
  • NICU experience a plus
  • BSN preferred.
