HR Administrator

Job Description


The HR Administrator reports to the Director of Capabilities for Nackard Pepsi and Hi-Line Refreshment Services. The qualified individual will work on-site in Flagstaff, AZ. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years human resources administration experience.

  • Discretion with sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or experience in Human Resources.

  • Reliable, punctual, and highly attentive to detail.

  • Experience with ADP platform.

  • Ability to work in a high paced environment.

  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and answer phone calls, and direct both to the appropriate employee or department

  • Use Automatic Data Processing (ADP) software platform to hire, terminate, and onboard employees.

  • Guide employees through the onboarding process and give presentations at monthly onboarding events. Onboarding includes I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification, submitting employee data to Arizona New Hire Reporting Center, and scheduling pre-employment screenings including background checks and drug tests at verified facilities.

  • Post jobs online through the ADP Recruitment module and work with hiring managers to recruit the best talent.

  • Handle employee requests over the phone or using email. Requests involve W-2’s, insurance enrollment, timecards, pay statements, reimbursements, password resets, and assistance with ADP or 401k accounts.

  • Handle external requests such as employment verification and income verification.

  • Act as a liaison between Nackard Pepsi and ADP, our Human Resources Partner. This would include monthly meetings with our ADP Payroll representative, Benefits representatives, and HR Business partner.

  • Maintain physical and digital employee files and accounts. Employee paperwork such as I-9, garnishments, disciplinary counseling documents, employee purchases, and other documentation must be secured.
