We are seeking an Operational Lead to become an integral part of our team You will coordinate and oversee organization's daily operations in our busy cardiology office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve day- to -day operational practices to elevate escalations internally
  • Allocate staff resources to meet project deadlines
  • Provide daily operations oversight for critical workflows and schedule changes
  • Clinical responsibilities as needed but not limited to: Prior authorizations for testing , EMR schedule creation and reviews

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in medical office operations
  • Strong management skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of Medent EMR desired
