Position Overview:
We’re seeking to add a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Psychotherapist to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, demonstrating a commitment to creating a therapeutic space that empowers clients on their journey to mental well-being. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans with a focus on our values of compassion and empathy.
Provide individual psychotherapy to clients, fostering an environment that upholds our principles of integrity and collaboration.
Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated care, embracing the value of inclusion in all aspects of practice.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, embodying integrity and accountability in all interactions.
Stay informed about current developments in the mental health field, integrating relevant findings into practice to continually enhance client empowerment.
Participate actively in regular supervision and team meetings, contributing to a culture of collaboration and shared learning.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Current New York State licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, embodying our values of compassion and empathy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, valuing inclusion and diversity.
Candidates willing to work a hybrid schedule with some sessions in office preferred.
Ability to provide 24+ sessions per week.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package ($37.50-$125 per session, based on session fees and number of weekly sessions).
401k with 3% match offered after first year of employment.
