We're excited to invite you to join our team as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) where you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding nursing care to patients of all ages, from the tiniest newborns to our beloved elderly community members. Using the nursing process, you'll gather and apply data that's tailored to each patient's unique age and stage of development, ensuring they receive personalized care every step of the way.

Education:

  • Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Training and Experience:

  • Required: Minimum one year of RN experience in hospital nursing, with preference given to Emergency Department experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others, especially under pressure
  • Must be capable of performing essential job functions to serve patients of all ages

WA State Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Required: Active Washington State RN License

Clinical Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required
  • BLS certification must be obtained at hire, ACLS within 90 days from hire date, and TNCC & PALS within one year from hire date.
