Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Payroll Assistant to join our organization. The successful candidate will assist in calculating the weekly payroll for our sales and technician employees. This work is performed in a fast-paced environment requiring teamwork and attention to detail to complete the weekly deadlines with minimal errors.

In this role you will:

  • Review data to accurately calculate commissions for payroll purposes
  • Evaluate sales and installation data to determine appropriate compensation for employees
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees with pay-related inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with other commission payroll staff and cross-functional teams

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Ability to work the required hours to complete weekly payroll processing
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet strict deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail with minimal errors
  • Proficiency in reviewing data and applying the correct pay structures
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
