Pay: $17/hour

Hours: 8am-4:30pm/M-F

We’re looking for a new Customer Service / Inside Sales Rep to become a part of a 3 person team assisting with customer orders in an office in Cheektowaga.

Responsibilities of the CS / Inside Sales Rep:

  • Answer emails and phone calls from customers
  • Process quotes and orders
  • Send invoices
  • Make outbound sales phone calls to customers
  • Other responsibilities as assigned and needed

Requirements of the next CS / Inside Sales Rep:

  • Previous experience in an office / customer service / inside sales role (1 year)
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proper phone and email etiquette
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Experience with SAGE 300 (ACCPAC) would be a bonus
  • Experience with CRM software (ZOHO) would be a bonus
