  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or related field- Must have
  • MBA in Marketing
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in some or all of Marketing, Product Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B Marketing experience
  • Experience managing direct reports- this person will have 2-3 direct reports
  • Experience with commercializing new products & services with customers
  • Knowledge of Packaging/ Food & Beverage/ Healthcare/ Consumer Products Goods industry including materials and manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience with Packaging Solutions- Container, Closure, and Automation process, having been familiar with this is huge.
  • Customer facing indvidual- experience with presentations and working alongside all levels within an organization
  • Role would involve 10% to 20% travel to other Winpak BU’s, customers, trade shows and sales meetings.- Notice given, maybe once every 2 months as needed
  • Proficiency in other languages such as French and/ or Spanish- more of a plus
  • Expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams programs and MRP software (Ex. Movex, SAP, Oracle)
  • MUST be able to work onsite 5 days a week
