Our manufacturing client, located near Canton, Ohio, has an immediate hiring need for an HR Manager to become a part of their growing team You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit, onboard and develop qualified candidates
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Provide direction, support, and expertise for individual development planning.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years previous experience in Human Resources PLUS Manufacturing
  • Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; proven industry experience will be acceptable in lieu of degree.
  • SHRM certification preferred
