Positive Growth RCP serves young men 12-21 years of age from diverse backgrounds. We work on behalf of minors who have child welfare status and who are unable to live at home, that have had multiple placements in other child-care facilities, first time placement, emergency placement, have been removed from their homes as a result of abuse, neglect, abandonment or in need of close supervision. Youth accepted into the program may be experiencing education set-backs, have strained relationships with their families, delinquency, refuse to seek help, or are ADD/ADHD and experiencing at least minor levels of emotional distress (e.g., depression, anxiety, oppositional behavior, compulsive behavior).


The Program Assistant is a key player in supporting the team members day to day. They will provide administrative and logistical assistance, such as answering phones and handling routine office procedures, liaising with clients and visitors, maintaining records, maintaining licensure compliances, taking minutes of meetings, maintaining inventories, assisting with billing, timesheet tracking and completion, and some social work duties.


This position will provide critical administrative support to the agency; primary focus areas include but are not limited to

data entry, data tracking and invoicing, working with the team to ensure all academic, therapeutic, medical, and dental needs are met and maintaining compliance for physical inspections, and audits.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a bachelors degree

Valid GA driver’s license and be able to drive an organization automobile/van

Able to pass a background check. Be at minimum 21 years of age

Two years experience working with children
