Job Summary:

Performs various patient care activities and related services in caring for the needs and comfort of patients under the direction of the physician or midlevel provider. RN duties include (but not limited to): assessing patients physical, psychosocial and behavior health needs; advocating for patient; administering prescribed medications, including IV therapy in office (rheumatology); preparing exam room, procedure room, infusion room equipment and assisting providers; documenting in the EMR according to TSH policy and procedures. Each position has specific requirements with unique duties and responsibilities. RN will work with Nephrologist when onsite and cross train to Specialty Clinics.

Licensures/Certifications:

Washington State RN license OR active multi-state required. Current American Heart Association’s BLS/CPR certification card on hire or within orientation period.

  • Participates in maintaining a safe patient care environment
  • Able to work in a team environment while maintaining a highly professional and productive work ethic
  • Use skills in nursing assessment tp provide patient care
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills, including electronic medical records systems
Qualifications:
  • Minimum or an Associate's degree from an accredited school of Nursing required
  • A current Washington RN License, NLC Compact License accepted
  • Previous clinic experience preferred
