As a Supervised Visitation Specialist, you will supervise the visitation of children and families in an approved setting.

Some of the Functions Include:

  • Supervise visits between children and their family members
  • Assist other staff in the supervision of family visits
  • Document case notes in the FSFN system
  • Maintain accurate records of all completed assignments
  • Assist with transporting clients to appointments, as needed
  • Complete visitation reports, which become part of the client file

Minimum Education

  • High School Diploma with some college preferred

Minimum Experience/Skills

  • Must be computer literate
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, managers, and the public
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of local area
  • Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries with clients
