KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities outlined here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not an exhaustive list, and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

  • Collaborating with management to complete daily operational tasks and projects.
  • Welcoming all visitors as they enter and exit the facility.
  • Adhering to company standards to ensure all areas reflect the brand's aesthetic.
  • Maintaining full stock of all amenity products at all times.
  • Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of all facility areas, including fitness studios, lounges, locker rooms, and staff break areas.
  • Monitoring current inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenity products.
  • Assisting in the training of fellow sanitation specialists.
  • Exhibiting a positive attitude and taking initiative in all tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to stand and kneel for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift and carry a minimum of 30lbs.
