The Inventory Control Coordinator assists in the development, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of inventory control systems in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager and Distribution Coordinator. Performs a combination of material transaction entry & tracking, monitoring of reorder points and target available balances to maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensuring accuracy in inventory management and reporting. Oversees inventory control and fixed asset inventory relating to condition of materials, vehicles, tools and equipment in such a way as to insure an uninterrupted delivery of program services.

  • Minimum three years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, parts maintenance, or related experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software and operating a computer. Inventory or Project Management software a plus.
  • Valid forklift operation certification is not necessary but would be helpful for this position
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record compatible with organization’s insurance requirements and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to perform basic math calculations
