Pay and Hours of Warehouse Lead:
- $18.75 while training, once fully trained $20.50/hr - Weekly Pay
Shift:
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday (3:30am-Finish)
Job Description of Warehouse Lead:
- Delegates tasks
- Provides advice
- Ensure employees follow safety and quality standards
- Prepares and set ups the floor for daily operations
- In charge of trainings
- Be able to keep up with daily headcounts
- Ensures our downtimes are met on a daily basis
- Ensures that the work environment is safe, clean and organized
- Updates onsite manager/ Floor Supervisor and communicates on how the our daily operations are flowing. (PPH, chute fulls and CPP)
- Training pay rate will be 18.75 once they are fully trained will be 20.50
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
Must have experience leading groups of 10 to 15
