We are looking for a competitive (bi-lingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred) inside sales representative to attract new clients and commercial vendors. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales.

Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the car industry and/or commercial sales
  • Bi-lingual, Spanish and English – is strongly preferred
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Trucking and construction experience is a positive
  • Self-motivated and driven

Responsibilities:

  • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Evaluate customer skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors
  • Attend meeting, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Maintain and expand client/vendor database within your assigned territory
  • Develop new business with existing clients/vendors and/or identify areas of improvement to meet personal sales quota

The Location: Our office is based out of Richardson, TX.
