We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of (4) years of Experience in Residential and (1) year in Commercial construction fields
  • Previous experience in construction management
  • Be proficient with construction management software (i.e. Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Office, Project, Bluebeam)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Communicate in English and Spanish with proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to delivery
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones
  • Assist with the development of contract modifications, including cost estimates, red line drawings, statement of work, and specification edits
  • Be responsible to communicate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, building management, and clients
  • Negotiate with subcontractors to receive reasonable change order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Our Office is in Miami and our projects are located in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties
  • Ensure the construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
  • Monitor job-site safety and compliance
  • Ensure the construction contractor maintains a current set of as-built drawings and updates the construction schedule
  • Keep accurate field notes and produce daily reports.
