Executive Director Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Management or other related degree
  • Master's degree a plus
  • Up to date knowledge of ALF state and federal regulations
  • Progressive leadership experience in Assisted/Independent Living communities
  • State of FL Core ALF Training
