We are looking for a technically skilled candidate who offers excellent problem-solving capabilities to join our Software Support Team.

Our Software Team supports key components of the Advent software: Reports, Finance & Inventory and CRM and is responsible for supporting our clients by helping them work through general software issues and requests via phone calls and our ticketing system. A successful candidate will be an eager, self-driven learner with great analytical and critical thinking skills. If you enjoy troubleshooting, helping people and working diligently towards a resolution, this job is for you

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily interaction and communication with dealership staff (over the phone and via ticketing system) and detailed documentation of their issues/requests which pertain but are not limited to the F&I tool and the overall usage and functionality of the software.

  • Answer queue calls and address tickets, emails, chat notifications and SLAs promptly.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported, configure settings on behalf of the dealer, and provide instructions on key aspects of the software when needed, along with ability to translate issues and troubleshooting efforts into detailed documentation.

  • Good time management and ability to efficiently prioritize and move between tasks, tickets, phone calls, etc.

  • Work and coordinate with 3rd party companies and IT members to troubleshoot issues and work towards a resolution.

  • Collaborate cross departmentally and with other teams and Supervisors.

    • Note: This is not an I.T. nor system admin position.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in software support, customer support, or other related fields.
  • Communication proficiency, written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Experience with LINUX Operating system is helpful.
  • Knowledge and experience using Dealer Management Systems is a plus
