As a Registered Veterinary Technician, your technical skills, job knowledge, and education will be fully utilized. We are looking for a reliable and efficient RVT that guides the patient care and strengthens lifelong relationships with clients.


Position Requirements

Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT).

Job Description

· Perform technical skills within state practice acts regarding duties of CVTs/LVTs/RVTs

·Technical Skills under the direction of the Veterinarian:

  • Perform anesthesia/analgesia protocols
  • Prepare patients and all necessary instruments and equipment for surgery.
  • Monitor anesthesia and pain
  • Assist doctor with surgical procedures
  • Perform dental prophylaxis and radiographs.
  • Recover surgery patient and facilitate recovery care with the team.
  • Coordinate, prepare, turnover and maintain the surgery suites.
  • Communicate consents, treatment plans, financial obligations, surgery updates, discharge instructions and schedules follow-up care.
  • Medical record keeping, facilitating and delegating treatment plans and patient care.
  • Proficient sample collection and processing diagnostics.
  • Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.)

· Personalized care at every visit for both the patient and the client.

· Maintain an exceptionally clean and well-functioning work environment.
