Job Duties:
  • As a Project Coordinator you will provide assistance to Project Managers and Estimators throughout all phases (Bidding, Post-Bid, Preparation, Construction, and Closeout)
  • Identify and share information with subcontractors and vendors on the Syracuse Builders Exchange
  • Manage the submittal process and project documentation
  • Maintain documents for assigned projects (preliminary schedule, resumes, references, RFI, submittal tracking, notes etc)  
  • Layout and maintain project schedule (Gantt Charts)
  • Keep track of all punch list and closeout items for projects
Education and Experience:
  • HS Diploma or AAS degree and 5+ years of experience
  • Or a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with relatable co-ops / internships
  • Able to understand MEP drawings and specifications is a plus
