Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an HR Recruiting Onboarding Specialist to join our fortune 500 team located in Berea, OH to work in a fast paced environment and work directly with the HR Manager and Managing partner with oversite of over 20 states as this is a fast paced environment and based on experience starts out at $45K-$50K.

Overview and Qualifications

Duties:
Administrative Support:

  • Will facilitate New Hire Orientation
  • Onboard on average 4-10 new hires per day
  • Order Background Checks
  • Order Drug tests
  • Responsible for entering Payroll

HR Reporting:

  • Pull reports from Paychex system and put together reporting for leaders
  • Review timesheets weekly for accuracy for payroll submission
  • Review of benefits, including medical, dental, vision and PTO
  • 1st day check-ins, day 2 check-ins and weekly check-ins

Company Announcements:

  • Prepare company and employee announcements to be sent out

Retention Assistance:

  • Assist with the welcome protocol for new hires
  • May assist with stay and exit interviews and may complete termination paperwork

HR Activities:

  • Assist with employee questions
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Complete I-9 Audit
  • Input employee data into HRIS systems (Paychex)
  • May assist with Payroll and Benefits activities
