The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class pharmaceutical organization that has an opening for an Administrative Business Partner near San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

  • Experience in Google Suite and scheduling requests potentially across multiple time zones
  • Manage scheduling meetings with extenal stakeholders and business partners
  • Coordinate certain logistics of moves
  • Partner with TA and Hiring Manager with managing interview process
  • Process and manage vendor/speaker engagements, contracts and payments, etc

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 3-5 years related administrative, operations, or project management experience
  • Experience working with senior management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Word), cSuite Tools, Google Suite, Trello, Jamboard, gMeet, ZOOM) and able to provide instruction or training to others as needed

Additional Details:

  • Onsite position
  • Position type: 6 months contract opportunity
  • Pay rate: $30/hr on W2

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
