Role: Accounts Payable

 

Requirements: 2 + years Accounts Payable experience (w/ 3 way matching from manufacturing or distribution company) Also, experience with SAP or similar ERP

 

Hours: M-F 7:30am-4:30ppm

 

Pay: $22- 28hr depending on experience

 

Duration: Contract to hire or direct hire depending on experience

 

Start date: ASAP

 

Location: Schaumburg, on site

Job Description for the Accounts Payable opening

  • Review, edit and process invoices
  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Process employee expenses
  • Print payable checks
  • Answer all vendor inquiries

Requirements for the Accounts Payable opening

  • Must have at least 2 years Accounts Payable experience and 3 way match and expense reporting experience.
  • SAP required
  • Full circle AP experience required
  • High volume invoices, mostly three-way match. Lots of customer service and follow up to ensure the three-way match has been completed
  • Experience with Check run & ACH payment runs
  • Extremely busy right now will support invoice handling as currently they are doubling and tripling invoices, some concur expense reporting support as well.
  • This individual will be supporting month end and year end auditing.
  • Will be handling support for AP, HR and have strong customer service skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and on time committed every day.
  • As they grow into the position, they may take on other duties Hours are 7:30-4pm. ½ lunch and 2- 15 minute breaks.
