Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Architectural Sheet Metal Industry
Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for taking care of our clientele and providing them with the services necessary to order and receive our products. This role will identify areas for improvement, ways of servicing the customers' needs more thoroughly and providing a positive experience for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist customers in the ordering process, in-person, email, text and at the customer service counter
Follow-up and problem solving with customers and order issues
Entering orders in our “Jobs” program
Entering various types of orders into our accounting system (QuickBooks)
Managing customer pick-ups
Translation of customer orders for CMS Production staff
Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
GED or High School Diploma
Fluent in Spanish
Basic Math Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the construction industry
Strong communication skills- written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships
Knowledge of other MS Office Suite, QuickBooks and/or software applications related to job functions
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management
Knowledge of accounting procedures and concepts related to sales
Physical Demands
Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer
Physical demands with activity or condition will include walking, bending, reaching, standing
May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying or pulling up to 50 lbs
