Looking to hire a Full-Time Admin Assistant / Receptionist to work at a Scenic and Custom Fabrication company.

- Answering phones, talking to clients and responding to emails.

- Help to maintain company calendar.  Scheduling deliveries and installations.

- Filing and document management.

- Coordinate in-shop meetings.

- Ordering of various materials.

- Work is normal shifts from Monday thru Friday.

- Benefits include 2 weeks vacation, sick time, 401K, Health / dental.
