Job Description:

At our firm, a Case Manager is responsible for preparing cases for settlement and communicating with our clients as their dedicated Case Manager before the case reaches an attorney’s desk. As a Case Manager, the primary duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Call and compete initial intake with clients.
  • Opening claims with insurance companies & subrogation divisions.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on case status.
  • Manage a case load of clients as their dedicated case manager.
  • Prepare and submit demands with insurance companies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case management activities.

Qualifications

  • Law Office Experience (Personal Injury Preferred)
  • High School Diploma
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Bilingual Spanish (Required) – Additional Compensation Provided.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lists)
  • Proficient overall computer skills
  • Proficient with Legal Software’s such as Abacus, Cleo, Etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail

Pay Bonuses:

  • Our case managers are paid a monthly bonus (on a per case bases) as their client’s cases settle.
  • Miscellaneous Bonuses (holidays, projects, etc.)
